I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 31583) who is committed to providing compassionate, warm, and effective treatment for adults with a range of issues including insomnia, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. I draw from my diverse clinical experiences to help clients cultivate the tools to live meaningful, productive, and fulfilling lives. I view therapy as a true partnership where I help individuals identify challenges, solutions, as well as key areas of strength. I am committed to using well-researched treatments that work. I utilize evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, to help clients build tangible skills to become aware of, and move away from the thoughts, behaviors, and habits that are no longer serving them. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, engaging, and active process and I seek out and value client input throughout therapy.  I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit and strive to treat every client with dignity, understanding, and respect.
